Exchange and Warranty Policy
EXCHANGES
Whitestone Jewellers Ltd does not accept returns or issue refunds for any of our products. However, we do have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after you have received the product to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your purchased item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the exchange process, you can contact us at hello@whitestonejewellers.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your item, our in-house specialist team will inspect the item (s) for any damages, or if the product has suffered excessive wear and tear during the 7-day period.
We will then contact you to allow you to exchange the product (s) for another of the same value. If the item you want to exchange your product (s) with is of a greater value than your original purchase, you will need to pay the difference. We do not accept exchange requests for any of our custom jewelry pieces.
* Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted, we will not be liable to return the item back to you. Please also note we do not cover the shipping costs when you are returning the item to us for an exchange.

WARRANTY
Whitestone Jewellers Ltd provides all our customers with a 1-year warranty with all watch purchases. This also includes the remaining manufacturer's warranty that pre-exists with the product (s).
We do not however offer a warranty on any of Whitestone Jewellers custom jewelry (This includes necklaces, rings, bracelets, pendants, etc).
Our warranty covers watch servicing, addition or removal of components, polishing. This warranty does not cover damages, theft, loss, or excessive wear and tear. To begin the warranty process please contact our customer service team via email: hello@whitestonejewellers.com
You will need to pay for the return shipping and also any other costs relating to shipping, customs, etc. Please ensure that you insure your products whilst shipping the item (s) back to us. Once we receive your item our in-house experts will inspect and verify the item. Once approved, we will then contact you to begin the process.
